Shipping & Processing
We ship all our items via UPS or USPS
Our current processing time is
- 7-9 business days plus shipping for acrylic signs
- 5 business days plus shipping for ornaments and DIY blank acrylic signs
- 2-3 weeks plus shipping for acrylic sign packages
- 2-3 weeks plus shipping for "Build your Own Bundle" and custom orders.
Standard domestic shipping within the US: usually take an additional 5-7 business days. Shipping upgrades available during checkout.

Shipping cost is not refundable after the item has been shipped. Please understand that shipping cost is used toward your item’s delivery fee and we do not retain any amount. All items shipped within the U.S will have a tracking number. Once USPS or UPS has accepted your item, it is out of our control and becomes the carriers responsibility.
