Our signs are made out of different materials. Each sign material can be found on the items description. Our lettering color are permanently UV printed directly onto the material (for non metallic colors) or permanently engraved (for metallic colors).
Our current processing time is
- 5-7 business days plus shipping for acrylic signs
- 5-7 business days plus shipping for ornaments, doormats and DIY blank acrylic signs
- 2 weeks plus shipping for acrylic sign packages
- 3 weeks plus shipping for "Build your Own Bundle" and custom orders.
Standard domestic shipping within the US: usually take an additional 5-7 business days.

All orders will be shipped to the address provided during check out. If the address provided is incorrect and your order is still in transit, you may be able to intercept your order by contacting the shipping carrier. If a shipped item is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address, the buyer will be responsible for all related fees for the return and re-shipping of the item.
We package all of the items we send out with great care to minimize the possibility of damage during transit. We know how frustrating it could be to receive a damaged package but understand that this could happen. If you received a damaged package, please contact us and we will do our very best to resolve the issue. We would need for you to provide pictures of the damaged item, the packaging inside and out, and picture of the shipping label. Please do not discard the damaged item and box for at least two weeks since shipping carrier could request the damaged item for further inspection. Failure to provide all the necessary documents can result in an unapproved claim.

Yes. Please click on the "BUILD YOUR OWN BUNDLE" section to make your own bundle. A minimum of 3 different items is required to receive a bundle discount. It is not required to buy one item of each section. You can skip between sections.
